The Farmhouse has been recently extensively refurbished to a 4 star Gold standard. With oak flooring throughout the cottage, the lounge is unique in having a walk-in inglenook fireplace, with a log-burning stove. The lounge also has exposed beams and stunning views, the lounge leads to a private south-facing garden with patio and garden furniture.
The Farmhouse is situated 1 mile out of the Dales village of Wolsingham, ideally situated for touring all of the North-East. Locally we have many local attractions walking, swimming cycling and pony-trekking in Hamsterley forest and we are within easy reach of Durham, Barnard Castle, Hexham, Raby Castle, Beamish and Newcastle to name a few.
Gorgeous accommodation and a beautiful setting, the kids have had a wonderful time charging around the garden. The kids absolutely loved seeing the calves being fed, we would love to come back again. The Storer Family, Somerset
